FIVE WAYS TO GET MORE ME TIME

1.  Recharge:  Set aside a day for yourself once a month and do something just for yourself.  You’ll feel relaxed and refreshed.  Also try setting aside just five minutes each day to do something small that is just for you – ME time.

MEDITATION

Here is a quick three minute meditation:

Close your eyes.  Breathing through your nose, then slowly exhale through your mouth.  Repeat until your pulse slows down.  As soon as you catch your mind wandering, draw your attention back to your breath.  Now imagine blowing away any thoughts as soon as they enter your mind.
