To keep your glass half full, you need to be surrounding yourself with positive uplifting people who encourage you and inspire you.

We can’t choose our family but we definitely can choose our friends, and friends have such an impact on us. Make sure your circle of friends are positive thinking people with a great attitude and approach to life who have the glass half full mentality.

You need to surround yourself with like minded people who support and encourage you, motivate you to strive for your best and help you to celebrate your successes. And if you need a push in the right direction, they’ll do that for you too.

To keep yourself accountable, buddy with someone who will keep you on track to reaching your goals, someone who can give you some constructive feedback when needed.

Positive relationships improve your health and well being. Start making some adjustments and start to surround yourself with positive people.

Family – well if they’re negative and half glass empty people, you will need to limit the time you spend with them.

You always want your glass to be half full, not half empty like theirs!
