Do you have an attitude of gratitude?

Everything comes to us in divine timing.  As gratitude is a flow of energy, it’s a great idea to have a gratitude journal.  Start by journaling five things that you have been grateful for during the day.  Now this is not rocket science, it could be as simple as being grateful for a beautiful sunny day.  Or if you haven’t had a good day, you could simply be grateful that it’s time to go to bed.  You could even give gratitude in the moment as something happens.  Always affirm gratefully.  I am so happy and grateful that  ……………………………..

FIVE WAYS TO GET MORE ME TIME

1.  Recharge:  Set aside a day for yourself once a month and do something just for yourself.  You’ll feel relaxed and refreshed.  Also try setting aside just five minutes each day to do something small that is just for you – ME time.
